What about you makes you a great doctor?

I believe in practicing what you preach. There is absolutely nothing I have recommended that I have not tried myself or attempted with my kids.

I do not think its fair to tell kids they should eat healthy and exercise daily without modeling that also. How can I encourage parents of toddlers to constantly introduce them to green healthy foods to avoid having picky eaters if I never did that with my kids? The results will not always be the same but getting parents and kids to try is my main goal. I am able to speak passionately about it because I know the possible outcomes.
